I'm excited to share a personal achievement with you all!
I made a commitment late 2022 to prioritize my health and wellness. I sought out guidance from mentors, coaches, a retreat, books, interviews with doctors, friends and their friends, and even a 4-day personal development event. Can we call it an obsession??
I’m proud to say that I lost 50 lbs (and counting) over the course of 15 months and recently completed a 48-hour fast - something I once thought was impossible! I love my newfound energy, productivity, and confidence. I know there's more to learn. I cannot wait to see what's ahead.
As a coach, I believe in the power of personal development as a key aspect of leadership growth. By leading by example, I aim to inspire my clients to dive deep into their own limiting beliefs, redefine their purpose, and take clear actions towards their goals. Both personal and business goals.
I've learned that vulnerability is essential to personal growth, and I often share my own experiences with my clients to inspire them to do the same. In 2024, I'm excited to share more about my journey and how it has impacted my coaching. More to come!
